General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

The German version of these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of any discrepancies.

§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and services made through this shop with:

Foto-Wohlert, Owner: Daniel Wohlert, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 10, 14467 Potsdam.

This includes new goods, used goods, photographic services, as well as 3D-printed products (Pandapolygon).

§ 2 Special Provisions for Used Goods (Second-Hand)
Condition description: Used cameras, lenses, and accessories are sold “as seen / as photographed”. Traces of use (e.g. dust inclusions, scratches on the body) that are mentioned in the product description do not constitute a defect.

Shortened warranty period: For used goods, the statutory warranty period towards consumers is reduced to one year from delivery of the goods.

Differential taxation: For used goods, invoicing is frequently carried out in accordance with § 25a UStG (differential taxation). In such cases, value added tax is not shown separately on the invoice.

§ 3 Special Provisions for 3D Printing (Pandapolygon)
Material PETG: We use high-quality PETG. Despite its increased resistance, we assume no guarantee for specific load-bearing capacity or dimensional stability under extreme heat (>70 °C).

Manufacturing process: Layer lines are inherent to the 3D printing process and do not constitute a defect.

Safety: 3D-printed items are not toys (choking hazard).

Where products are described as compatible with third-party brands (e.g. Segway), they are accessories or spare parts of our own brand Pandapolygon. All third-party brand names are used solely to describe the intended purpose of the product.

§ 4 Photographic Services & Laboratory
Copyright: Daniel Wohlert remains the author/copyright holder of all photographs produced. Customers receive rights of private use only.

Films: Opened packages of analogue films are excluded from exchange/withdrawal.

Laboratory work: We accept liability for data loss on digital storage media or damage to negative material in the laboratory only in cases of gross negligence.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal & Exclusions
The right of withdrawal (14 days) does not apply to:

- Individually produced photo prints / photo books  
- On-demand / custom-made 3D prints  
- Sealed goods once the seal has been broken (e.g. films, batteries, memory cards)  
- Custom-made picture frames  

§ 6 Warranty & Wear and Tear
The statutory warranty provisions apply, reduced to 1 year in the case of used goods.

Wear and tear: No liability is accepted for normal wear and tear (e.g. reduced battery capacity in used cameras, abrasion on 3D-printed parts).
