Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs (Germany)
We ship within Germany under the following conditions:
Standard shipping: €6.19
Free shipping: For orders with a value of €100.00 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

2. Shipping Partner
Shipping is carried out insured via DHL. As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number for shipment tracking.

3. Delivery Times
The delivery time consists of the processing/production time and the shipping time by DHL.
Specific delivery times by product category:
Photo prints & lab work: Due to the manual processing, the delivery time here is approximately 10 working days.
3D prints (Pandapolygon): As these products are individually manufactured for you (PETG process), the delivery time is 5–10 working days.
Used goods & stock items: These items are ready for immediate shipment and are handed over to DHL within 1–2 working days.

Note: No deliveries are made by DHL on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Self-Collection / Pickup
You can also collect your order free of shipping costs directly at our store:
