Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Return costs: You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Special Cases)
Pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

3D-printed products & sets (Pandapolygon): All mounts, add-ons, as well as complete sets (e.g., X-Light sets) that contain a 3D-printed component which is individually manufactured for your specific e-scooter model or in your chosen color only after your order has been placed. Since these products are not prefabricated and are clearly customized to your personal needs, returns are excluded.

Custom photo products: Goods that have been manufactured according to individual selection or specifications by the consumer (e.g., photo prints, photo books).

Digital content: For digital 3D models (STL files) or image files, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download has begun.

Important note for standard merchandise: For pure standard merchandise without any 3D-printing component (e.g., bicycle horns, standard cables, or original-packaged third-party items), your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully applicable without restriction.
