Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

1. Cancellation of Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time as long as the item has not yet been shipped. After cancellation, we will refund the full purchase amount using the original payment method.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Standard Goods
For all standard products (e.g., X-Light sets, stock items, unopened cables), the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods applies. The goods must be returned to us in their original condition and securely packaged for transport.

3. Special Features for 3D-Printed Products
Our mounts are manufactured using 3D printing technology.

Standard mounts: For mounts from our regular range (e.g., for Segway, VMAX), the normal right of withdrawal applies.

Custom-made items: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). This applies to mounts with individual dimensions or color requests outside the standard range.

4. Our Community Promise
As part of the e-scooter community, it is important to me that your setup fits perfectly. If a 3D-printed mount does not fit optimally despite specifying the correct model, or if there are problems during installation, please contact us directly. We are not an anonymous factory – as Pandapolygon, we will find a solution together with you, whether through tips, a reprint, or an adjustment.
